  • Explain briefly about your experience contribute some suggestion For the test:

    1) Try not to waste a lot of time on a single question. 2) Improve your number crunching abilities. 3) Most importantly, do not guess the answers especially when there is negative marking. For the interview: My experience: The interviewers mainly tested our emotional quotient, that is, how well we could adapt to a high pressure situation which is prevalent in trading community. We were given a form to be filled prior to the interview. All questions were asked on the basis of the answers which were written by us. Broadly, the questions comprised of puzzles, hypothetical scenarios, and a few questions on trading as well. Tips: 1) Do not exaggerate in your resume as it would be tested in the interview process. 2) If you have done any internship be well versed in it so as to answer the question satisfactorily when asked. 3) Be honest and frank as the panel would know if you lie.
